71st Republic Day celebration at GMCH

The 71st Republic Day was organized in the vast courtyard of Geetanjali University, Udaipur. The Chief Guest at the event was Chairman Mr. J.P. Agarwal, while Vice Chairman Kapil Agarwal, Executive Director Ankit Agarwal, Vice-Chancellor Dr. R.K Dr. Nahar as Guest of Honor. Dean F.S. Mehta, GMCH CEO Prateem Tamboli,Registrar Bhupendra Mandalia, GMCH Medical Superintendent Dr. Narendra Mogra, GDRI Principal Dr. Nikhil Verma, GCP Principal Dr. Pallava Bhatnagar and GSN Dean Dr. Jay Lakshmi were also present during Republic day celebration.

Mr. J.P. Agrawal hoisted tricolor, the entire courtyard resonated with the national anthem. The program was conducted by GM HRBP Rajeev Pandey and Dr. Udichi. A grand parade was performed by Geetanjali University, and Medical College, and the visuals of the ceremony on motorcycles were appealing to the people. The Colors of India theme was inaugurated by the students of Geetanjali University, in which the culture of every state was shown through the dances; this dance itself was showing diversity in diversity. At the same time, some presentations were made which depicted very deeply on social issues: mainly acid attacks, women empowerment, the heroic saga of Rani Veerangana of Jhansi, the lively dance, and drama adaptation of the Uri attack and remembrance of freedom fighters. Performing dances filled with patriotic songs were performed, which enthralled the audience. And at the same time, the slogans of Vande Mataram and Mother of India Jai continued to excite during the program.

Geetanjali's Tavi Doctors team was felicitated by Mr. JP Agarwal and Mr. R.K Nahar. At this juncture, they includes Dr. Ramesh Patel, Dr. Anmol, Dr. Kapil Bhargava, Dr. Shalabh Agarwal, Dr. Danny Mangalani & Dr. Santosh in the team of Interventional Cardiologists, while Dr. Shubham, Dr. Sandeep, Dr. Lalita, in Anesthesia Team above all, Cardiac Thoracic Vesicular Surgeons Dr. Sanjay Gandhi and Dr. Ajay Verma, Dr. Ankur Gandhi, CCU Team, Cath Lab Team, and Neuro Vascular Intervention Tap radiologist was awarded to Dr. Sitaram Barth were also graced with felicitation.

On the other hand, the Nephrologist Dr. Gulshan Kumar Mukhiya and the urologist Dr. Pankaj Trivedi, transplant surgeon Dr. Vishwas Baheti, anesthetist Dr. S.S Jaitavat, Dr. Anil, Dr. Uday Pratap, Cardiologist Dr. Ramesh Patel, infection controller Dr. Upasana Bhumbla was also honored.

Doctors, Faculty and Employees working in Geetanjali for 10 years were awarded the Facilitation Award, which is the highest example of Employee Centricity.

Sports awards were presented to students by Mr. Ankit Agarwal and CEO Prateem Tamboli.

J.P Agarwal greeted people present and congratulated the Republic Day and said that Geetanjali Hospital has been providing high-quality treatment in South Rajasthan at nominal rates continuously for the last 13 years and will also continue he further added that the kind of modernization that will remain in the medical field, all the latest technologies will be brought in Geetanjali promptly.

Vice-Chancellor Nahar, too congratulated everyone on Republic Day and said that we should always adopt the path of cooperation and goodwill. He said that according to the time in the field of medicine, efficient medical arrangements had been made. He always assured to be ready for the development of the students. He said that Geetanjali University has been successful in the parameters of UGC (University Grand Commission), which is a significant achievement.

At the end of the program, around 200 students gave a gala performance.
